Community Ride: Burnhamthorpe Trail

MEET / END:  Baskin Robbins, 4099 Erin Mills Parkway (map), north of Burnhamthorpe Road West (Michael-Angelo's plaza).  Parking is available in the plaza parking lot.

MARSHALLING:  There will be Marshals riding all along the route.  After we all start off, ride at your own pace and turn-back whenever you feel the need.  All riders will receive maps and cue sheets (or download the GPS).  There are coffee shops on the route and riders can stop any time.

FEATURES:  There are recent improvements to the Burnhamthorpe Trail including 2 new cycling bridges over the E and W branches of the Cooksville Creek (see photo below).  The scenic lookout over the Credit River is also pictured!

NOTE: The FREE Community Rides are a series of casual cycling tours in all corners of Mississauga from May until October. Led by citizen member volunteers of the Mississauga Cycling Advisory Committee (MCAC), group rides are an opportunity for residents to explore Mississauga on their bikes.

RIDE WITH GPS!  [Distance: 32.7 km round-trip]  Riders may easily shorten their route as desired.
